Terms & conditions

GEBA Trans acts solely as a freight forwarder. All our activities are subject to our own Terms & Conditions. Furthermore, all our activities as a freight forwarder are also subject to the Dutch forwarding conditions, with the exception of the dispute clause. Our activities as a physical distributor, including all warehousing services, are subject to both our own Terms & Conditions and the Logistics service conditions, also with the exception of the dispute clause. A copy of these conditions is sent to your by GEBA Trans free of charge per your request. Any modifications to or deviations from these Terms & Conditions on your part are hereby explicitly rejected, unless explicitly approved in writing by the duly authorized director at GEBA Trans. All our activities are exclusively subject to Dutch law. Should any dispute arise, then the Court of Limburg, location Roermond, is deemed the sole competent court.
